Giraffe - the latest endangered animal!

All of us know that many animals are endangered species. We know that many species are protected. But many kids have grown with the fact that those animals are extinct. For example, today’s kids have always thought of tigers as special animals. Something to be protected and cherished.

We know that tigers are killed for their skin and tuskers are killed for ivory. We know that organs or blood or many animals is used for some kind of black magic all over the world. We also know that some animals are killed because their preserves are considered to bring good luck.

But even if we think of all the possibilities for which a specie is killed to so such an extent that they become endangered and eventually extinct, we fail to understand why giraffes have to go that way?

Giraffes are the tallest animals. They are herbivorous. They are not considered as good or bad omen. Their meat is not used as food. And yet…
