Green Newspaper
We have all heard it a thousand times…
In fact it is one of the first few lessons of environment protection…
Everybody’s parents tell them how they used to practice it in their childhood…
Now we can see it at the bottom of mailers and every time you make an e-payment…
Can you think what it is?
What is common in all this?
What else but the message to Save Papers!
Everyone expects everyone to use less papers, not take printouts unless absolutely necessary, use both sides of the sheets, use the remaining sheets of notebook to make a new one, so on and so forth.
But when you really give it a thought, why do people insist on not wasting paper? That’s because it takes a tree to make a newspaper. And we can’t really afford to lose any more trees than we already have. But then again, can we really go paperless? Honestly speaking, we can’t. We can reduce our use of paper, but we can’t stop using it altogether.
But what if we can make sure that the paper we use turns back into a tree? Isn’t that a fascinating idea? But can it really be done? The answer is, Yes! It can be done. In fact it is being done a leading newspaper in Japan called the Green Newspaper. You can check out more about them in the link given below.

But you know what is more interesting? You can recycle used papers at home and make your handmade paper. And if you do that, you can put in tiny seeds to make sure that grows back into a tree or at least a bush again.
